You want to choose a weight that makes this happen to you.  It’s gruelling, but worth it!

Squat till you drop.  It’s that simple. 

It’s funny to think how strong these guys were, despite being “bodybuilders”… Make no mistake – even if your focus isn’t specifically on strength, if you get that big, you are going to be strong as hell.  Let’s go get strong as hell, just like Ed Corney and Arnold!

WORK: Squat (3)

  • Z-Health Warmup
  • Shoulder Work
  • Jump Rope, Glute Bridges
  • SQUAT
    • Warmup! 45 x 3 x 2
    • 95 x 3 x 2
    • 135 x 3
    • 185 x 3 x 2
    • 225 x 3 x 2
    • 245 x 3
    • 275 x 3
    • 310 x 7
  • SQUAT – 5 x 10 @ 40-50% 1RM. 45-60 sec rest between sets.  This should seriously be BRUTAL.
  • Assistance Work (Pick from:)
    • Glute-Ham Raises/Med Ball Ham Curls w/ Bridge
    • Farmers Walks
    • Abs
  • HILLS/Conditioning

GRUB: Fast day

  • Chipotle Burrito Bowl with Double Steak (obviously no beans, tortilla or rice)
