Winifred (70 years young): deadlift = 288lbs & Bench Press = 188lbs

Hope that video gets you pumped up!  I know it did me.  I want to be like her when I’m older, still lifting and enjoying life.  Living, not getting ready to die.

WORK: Press (Deload)

  1. Z-Health Warmup
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Pre/Rehab, mobility, etc. work
  4. Press – Work up to 3 x 5 @ ~50% 1RM
  5. Pullups – 3 x 40-50% of max reps

Thats it!
