Man Ranch

Last night, I had the greatest Chicken Wings of all time.  They were somewhat time-consuming to make, but it was worth it.  I probably ate 30 wings or so.  Outrageously good.

The thing is, the wings weren’t even the best part of the meal…

Two Words: Man Ranch.

Sounds a little weird (especially if you have the sense of humor of a 14 year old boy, like me), but this substance is among the greatest tasting concoctions that have ever crossed my lips.  I mean, it’s bacon good.  You can use it on anything and for any reason. Use it in tuna or chicken salad, on top of burgers, or even on an old shoe.  This old shoe that you now have Man Ranch all over?  Yea, that’s the damn tastiest shoe of all time, guaranteed.

Recipe: MAN RANCH

  1. 1 packet of Ranch Mix
  2. 1 cup Mayo (I suggest you use your own, homemade mayo, but you’re making this either way)

Mix, refridgerate, try not to eat the spoon you mix it with.

Seriously be careful.  This stuff has been scientifically proven to be 37x more addictive than Hookers and Blow.  Look it up.

Recipe: Greatest Chicken Wings Ever

What you’ll need:

  1. 3-4lbs of whole chicken wings (you need to go through the process of separating them, trust me)
  2. 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  3. 2 sticks of butter
  4. 1 bottle (about a cup) of Louisiana Hot Sauce (or your favorite, whatever)
  5. 2 tbsp olive or coconut oil
  6. 1 tsp each: Salt + Pepper
  7. A head of celery

Steps:

  1. If you haven’t made the Man Ranch yet, make it now.  You’ll want to dip these bad boys in it, and who eats celery by itself?
  2. Separate the whole wings in to the drums and wingy parts, cut off the ends.  Check here for a good technique video.
  3. Make the marinade, marinate wings:
    • Throw the Worcestershire Sauce, coconut/olive oil, salt and pepper in a bag
    • Throw the separated wings in the same bag
    • Toss, to evenly coat
    • Put in Fridge for around 15 minutes, or as long as you want
  4. Start Grill
  5. Chop Celery
  6. Make the Buffalo Sauce:
    • Melt 1 cup butter (about two sticks)
    • Pour butter and around a cup of hot sauce in a bowl large enough to house the sauce and all the wings
    1. Grill the Wings:
      • Place on the grill and turn as often as you like, essentially a good doneness (char/burn) on the outside indicates fairly well how done they are.  It’s not ton of meat to heat up.
      • As the wings finish, place them directly in the bowl with the Buffalo Sauce.  This will insure you being able to instantly enjoy them.  I started eating them immediately.
      1. Eat the wings, serve near a bowl of Man Ranch and chopped celery.
