WORK: PRESS (1)

  1. Z-Health Warmup
  2. Handstand holds/pushups
  3. Jump Rope
  4. Press (minimal rest for warmup, 3-5 minutes for the last three work sets
    • 45 x 5 x2
    • 75 x 5
    • 95 x 3
    • 115 x 5
    • 130 x 3
    • 150 x ?
  5. Press – 5 x 10 @ 90#
  6. Chinups
    • BW x 5
    • BW x 3
    • BW+45 x 5
    • BW+55 x 3
    • BW+65 x ?
    • BW x AMRAP x 1-3 sets

I know Wendler himself advises just doing pulls in between sets of presses, I like it this way.  I’ll experiement with the other way as well eventually and let you know.  Any ideas on this?  Post it!
