The US Men’s National team could easily defeat the US Women’s National team in a match.  Strictly from a soccer skill standpoint, both teams are similar… So what is the difference? The Men’s team is larger, stronger, faster, and overall much more powerful.  No matter the sport, if skills and conditioning are equal, the more powerful athlete will always win. – Dr. Michael Hartman

Time to get out there and become a more powerful athlete.  Today is deadlift day – the means for you to develop that increase in power.  Push yourself – set a PR today.

I’d say “good luck,” but you don’t need it!  Just pull – and for motivation, here’s Franco Columbo pulling what looks like 705#.

  5. Planks – 3-4 x 60 seconds
