Happy Friday to everyone…

Training: Repetition Upper

  1. Z-Health Neural Warmup
  2. Diesel Crew Shoulder Rehab – Circuit #2
  3. Superset #1:
    • Invert RowsTiger Pushups (that’s how I do them, I know it’s not technically a tiger or a hindu pushup, but whatever.  Try them and tell me they don’t rock your socks.)
    • 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 – 30 sec rest between sets max
  4. Superset #2
    • Bodyweight Dips + Chins
    • 10 dips/5 chins, 8 dips/3 chins, 5 dips/3 chins – dead.  SS#1 killed me. It was ridiculous.
  5. Jump Rope – Alternating feet (this style) – Tabata intervals

This is just an example of how I use this bodyweight upper day as an excuse for a MetCon, beat the crap out of myself and feel great for it!  Seriously, try this workout.  It was awesome and total time was like 35-40min, with warmups.
