Got in there and tried to get a little work in, but I was fairly sore…  Box squats are so awesome and you need to be doing them.  Properly executed, they are such a great addition to your squatting repetoire.

Training:

  1. Box Squats
    • 135 x 2
    • 185 x 2
    • 205 x 2
  2. Bulgarian Split Squat
    1. BW x 8
    2. BW x 8
  3. Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps
    1. BW x 5
  4. Seated DB Military Press
    1. Green Band (light band) + 25lbs x 3 sets x 8 reps
  5. Chinups
    1. 3 x 8 reps

Just a great workout that left me feeling explosive and on the road to recovery.  Might use this again in a deload week situation.
