W.O.D 5/4/10 (Deadlift)

Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.  – Plato

Wendler’s Deload week… so the weights are real light, and the volume is as well.

Workout:

  • Deadlift
    1. 135 x 5
    2. 165 x 5
    3. 210 x 5
    4. 250 x 5 (performed as repeated singles)
  • Plank – 1 min 15 sec (because I made my fiance do one and I felt lazy not joining her)

And that’s it… in and out, no assistance work.

Fasted today, dinner at about 8p (1.5 hrs post workout):

Crock Pot Pork Butt (Roast/Shoulder/etc) with sweet potatoes – in some sort of red wine sauce.
